ILSS — the official information page for the platform.
This is the public information page for the ILSS — Integrated Logistic Support System — platform. The actual system (assets, tickets, job cards, spare parts, maintenance, training, contracts, offline field operations) is private and lives behind the admin console and mobile app below. Accounts are issued only by authorised administrators — there is no public signup, and no operational data is displayed on this page.
Accounts are issued by your administrator. Same credentials work in both surfaces.
One platform, the whole lifecycle.
A single source of truth across every stage — from initial deployment to retirement — with the workflows, audit trails and offline tooling real operations actually need.
Assets & deployments
Track every piece of field-deployed equipment and supporting infrastructure across sites with full deployment and configuration history.
Tickets & job cards
SLA-driven ticketing, multi-stage job card lifecycle, sign-offs, attachments and full audit history per asset.
Maintenance & ECPs
Preventive maintenance schedules, auto-generated work orders, engineering-change proposals and exception management.
Spares & warehouse
Multi-location inventory, stock movements, reorder thresholds, transfers and consumption tied to job cards.
Contracts & SLAs
Warranty, SLA windows, breach detection, penalty tracking and customer-visible monthly service reports.
Offline field ops
Android (TWA) & iOS (PWA) apps with IndexedDB caching and a background sync engine for unreliable site connectivity.
Training & knowledge
Training matrices, competency expiry, certifications, refreshers and a searchable knowledge base linked to assets.
Reports & insights
Operational dashboards, queue health, SLA compliance, fleet availability — exportable to PDF and Excel.
API & integrations
OpenAPI 3.0 spec, scoped API keys with granular per-endpoint permissions and event streaming for downstream systems.
Built for the way operations actually run.
Not a generic ticketing tool. Designed around the realities of long-deployment equipment fleets, intermittent connectivity and customer-grade audit requirements.
Offline isn't an afterthought.
Every field-facing screen — job cards, exception files, parts consumption, asset lookups, photos and signatures — works without a connection. Records queue in IndexedDB and replay through the background sync engine when connectivity returns, with conflict detection at the row level.
- IndexedDB local store with selective pre-fetch on sign-in
- Background sync with retry, backoff and conflict surfacing
- Sync dashboard showing pending, sent, failed and conflicted
- Service-worker pre-cache for instant cold starts
Local IndexedDB → background sync → conflict resolution. No data is shown on this public page.
Every action logged with actor, time, IP, route and result. Visible only to authorised users inside the platform.
Every action, accounted for.
Every state change and every authentication event is logged with actor, time, IP, route and result. Logs are append-only and feed both the customer service report and the security audit trail. RBAC is checked on every API endpoint; restricted endpoints require an additional permission tier.
- Per-row tenant isolation on all customer data
- Permission-string RBAC enforced server-side
- API keys scoped per company with per-endpoint grants
- Optional MFA, JWT with short-lived access and refresh rotation
Edge-native, no servers to babysit.
ILSS runs entirely on the Cloudflare edge — Workers for the API, Pages for the web apps, D1 for relational data, R2 for objects, KV for sessions, Queues for events. There is no public origin server, no manual failover, no patch windows. Latency is consistently low at any pit-edge LTE backhaul.
- Sub-500 ms typical API response at the edge
- Automatic global TLS and DDoS protection
- No region pinning required — D1 replicates worldwide
- Continuous deployment from a single trunk
Workers + Pages + D1 + R2 + KV + Queues. See live reachability on the status page.
A private, invitation-only platform.
ILSS is not a public SaaS service and accounts are not available for self-signup. Access is provisioned by authorised administrators at the customer organisation.
Customer operations staff
Field technicians, depot engineers, site managers, planners and admin teams managing distributed equipment fleets.
Authorised partners
Mining customers, OEM service partners and contractors granted access under a signed service agreement.
Operational leadership
Service managers, SLA owners and engineering-change boards needing real-time fleet visibility.
