POPIA data-subject requests
If you are a natural person whose personal information ILSS may hold, you may request access, correction, or deletion of that information under sections 23, 24 and 25 of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013.
Send a written request to privacy@ilss.co.za and include:
- Your full name and a contact address.
- Proof of identity (a clear photo of an ID document is sufficient; we will not retain the document beyond verification).
- The organisation through which you interact with ILSS (your employer or partner name).
- The specific records you are requesting access to, or the correction or deletion you require.
We acknowledge requests within five (5) business days and complete them within thirty (30) calendar days where it is reasonably possible to do so, in line with section 23(3) of the Act. If a request affects records held on behalf of a customer (e.g. the customer as Responsible Party), we will route it to that customer organisation's information officer with notice to you.

What we cannot do over email
- Create user accounts on request — accounts are provisioned by authorised administrators at the customer organisation only.
- Reset another user's password — users reset their own password from the sign-in screen; only customer administrators can force a reset for their users.
- Share data about a customer's tenant with any party other than that customer's authorised contacts.
