Product overview

What ILSS covers across the asset lifecycle.

Asset management

Every piece of equipment lives in a single record — make, model, serial, deployment site, configuration, deployment history, attached job cards, open tickets, training records and contract coverage. Asset trees support parent/child relationships so vehicles, fixed installations and supporting equipment can be modelled as a single fleet.

Tickets & job cards

Tickets are SLA-driven from creation, with response and resolution clocks, escalation paths, priority queues and full audit history. Job cards are the engineering execution unit — multi-stage lifecycle (planning, execution, verification, sign-off), attachments, photo evidence, parts consumption and customer sign-off when required.

Maintenance & ECPs

Preventive maintenance schedules can be calendar- or usage-based and automatically generate work orders. Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) move through review, approval and rollout with linkage to the affected asset population. Exception files capture deviations and required follow-up.

Inventory & warehouse

Multi-location stock, bin locations, minimum/maximum levels, automated reorder, consumption recorded against job cards, transfer orders between sites and full movement history per part.

Contracts, SLAs and reports

Customer contracts model warranty windows, SLA response and resolution targets, planned services and penalty terms. Breach detection runs continuously, surfaces in the contract dashboard and feeds the monthly customer service reports.

Training & knowledge

Track training matrices per role, competency expiry, certifications and required refreshers. A searchable knowledge base holds operating procedures, troubleshooting guides and shared write-ups linked to assets and job cards.

Offline-first field operations

Field staff use the mobile app (Android TWA or iOS PWA). All field-facing screens work without internet — job cards, exception files, parts consumption, asset lookups, photos and signatures are queued locally in IndexedDB and replayed by the background sync engine once a connection is available. A sync dashboard shows pending, sent, failed and conflicted records.

API & integrations

A fully documented REST API (OpenAPI 3.0) covers every entity. API keys are scoped per company and granular per endpoint with read/write controls. Restricted endpoints (auth, RBAC, billing) are blocked from API keys by default and require Super Admin approval. Events stream through Cloudflare Queues for downstream integrations.

Reporting

Operational dashboards cover queue health, SLA compliance, open ECPs, parts consumption, fleet availability and field staff productivity. Reports export to PDF and Excel for monthly customer reviews and management packs.
